When I step in my car, my iphone connects with my handsfree kit without manual hassle. Same should be for the keyboard, but for now we have to connect it manually over and over again.

This keyboard would not reconnect on an iphone 3GS with iOS4. So anyone with an Iphone 4, this is the perfect keyboard for you.

I had been having the same issue and had repaired the keyboard twice. But, I came across a Youtube video, and on that video the person re-connected by, first, going into the iPhone’s settings to bluetooth, and then opened the keyboard, and then while the iPhone is looking to connect, press the keyboard’s CNTRL and two FCN keys to get the green light flashing. If you have this and then tap the iPhone’s screen to reconnect (assuming had previously paired keyboard) and you shouldn’t have a problem. It has worked every time and now has made the keyboard really useful.

However, the keyboard re-establishes its connection just fine when paired with my MacBook Pro…so, I think it’s got something to do with the iPhone. Perhaps we’ll see an iOS4 update that addresses this soon.
